Death Cab for Cutie, What Sarah Said
I’ve decided that the aim for the coming week is to get the current project so it’s mostly finished. Starting with small form studies - 1:1000? Lots of testing. Then a proper plan, section, technical section. Sister to stay, boyfriend to stay. CPN Wednesday morning. Working Thursday evening. Maybe climbing at some point. See my wise friend at the weekend: be done enough to get guidance. Maybe contact fifth year friend for encouragement. Hopefully hear about a job. Work out when I can get home for a night to pick up my work.
The next week: presentation stuff. You can do it, you can make it, you’re nearly there.
Tomorrow I will make a proper plan.
tonight: try and get some stuff together for the next five days; failing that, sleep.
tomorrow: get up, go to work, catch the train, head home.

It’s the end of a lovely weekend. Everyone has left now. I’m home alone, listening to the Mountain Goats. Tomorrow I will get up and go to work, and do proper things like the washing up. The next day I’ll see a nurse, and my cpn, and my tutor. At the end of the week I’m going home, and will see my wonderful friends there again.
I’m sad but not upset. I’m tired, and worn out, but happy. I’m lonely but calm. I’m scared but hopeful. I think I’m getting stronger.

tomorrow: get up, hopefully see my gp, gym, year meeting, friend, work, sleep. try not to freak out over the prospect of tuesday tutorial.
This actually feels like a lot to do and hard and difficult and no.

tomorrow: up early, lift into town to get bloods drawn (remember my form), head to work, work all day (and maybe my sister will come in to get ski stuff and we will laugh at each other, because), break at 4 to go to my (last) appointment, work another hour, take the train back, supervised gym session (do not want), home, pack stuff? make cards? be tired?

tomorrow: finish packing together all my stuff for uni. Drive down (read in the car), unload everything, run errands (try to book/have a haircut, introduce myself to my-work-down-there and see if I can get the occasional shift, take my doctor’s letter into department and get it filed, go to the bank if I have the chance, go about registering with gp there). Talk to housemates and friends. To the Japanese restaurant for dinner. Back to my uni room, sleep.
tomorrow: get up on time, walk around the fields and back via the bank (take out money, pay in money), pass my driving test (hopefully), organise things! for france and for uni, play nice music for myself, carry on easy-reading, more computer-prep, put cancellation in writing, maybe go to the gym, calm down.
