work: 6 hour shift. Distracting, tasks, reasonable customer interaction. Beat up on myself a bit.
activity: shower. train into work. shift. met the poet, walked together back to his. sat, talked, cried. lift home. cried some more.
rest: slept 11pm - 8am.
feeling: not too bad during the day, managed around my colleagues. After that, drained, fragile, sad, guilty, vulnerable.
